About Us

The Pella Hoops Club (PHC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young athletes grow their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love of basketball. Serving boys and girls in 3rd through 8th grade within the Pella Community School system, PHC coordinates club and travel basketball teams while creating a unified program aligned with Pella’s high school basketball programs. Led by volunteer parents and guided by Pella High School’s boys and girls basketball coaches, the club emphasizes strong fundamentals, individual skill development, competitive team play, and a positive culture that encourages excellence both on and off the court. Whether your child is looking to develop their game, compete with teammates, or simply grow through the sport of basketball, Pella Hoops Club provides a great opportunity to get involved and be part of Pella’s basketball community.
