The Pella Amateur Radio Club brings together people from Pella and surrounding communities who enjoy technology, communications, electronics and a little adventure! Members participate in everything from storm spotting and ballooning to community event communications, Field Day activities and “fox hunts” using radio signals to track down hidden transmitters. Whether you’re an experienced ham radio operator or simply curious about learning a unique new hobby, no license or experience is needed to get involved. Come connect with others, learn new skills, have some fun and discover just how far amateur radio can take you!
