Rental Submission Form For Properties Outside of the Pella School District

 

The PACE Alliance provides apartment and residential rental property listings on the PACE website as a resource for individuals looking for housing in the Pella area. The following policy applies to rental properties located outside of the Pella Community School District.

Listing Options & Fees
Property owners and managers may choose from the following options:

One-Time Listing – $40
A rental property may be listed on the PACE website for 30 days for a fee of $40. At the end of the 30-day period, the listing will be removed unless the property owner or manager contacts the PACE Alliance office to renew the listing. Each additional 30-day listing period is $40.

Ongoing Listing – $400
Property owners or managers who regularly have rental properties available may purchase an ongoing listing for 12 months for $400. The listing will remain on the PACE website throughout the 12-month period and may be updated as availability or property information changes. At the end of the 12-month period, the listing may be renewed by contacting the PACE Alliance office.

Payment
Payment must be received in advance before a rental listing is published on the PACE website.
Payment may be made by:

• One-time listing payment link (5% administrative fee will be added to credit card payments)
• One year listing payment link (5% administrative fee will be added to credit card payments)
• Cash payment made to the PACE Alliance office at 818 Washington Street, Pella; M-F 8 am - 5 pm

Listing fees are nonrefundable once the listing has been published.

Listing Information & Updates
Property owners or managers are responsible for providing accurate and current information for their listings, including rental rates, availability, contact information, property details and photos, when applicable.
For ongoing listings, property owners or managers are responsible for notifying the PACE Alliance of changes to availability or other listing information. PACE does not guarantee the availability of any property listed on its website.

Listing Standards
All rental listings must comply with applicable federal, state and local Fair Housing laws and regulations. Listings should describe the property, its amenities, rental terms and other relevant features and may not contain discriminatory language or indicate a preference or limitation based on a protected class.
The PACE Alliance reserves the right to edit, decline or remove a listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or potentially discriminatory information or that otherwise does not meet PACE website standards.
