ONGOING ADVERTISING

   WEB BANNERS (Trustee, Elite, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze)

The Weekly E-calendar of Events features a compilation of area activities for the upcoming 10 days, which is e-mailed to PACE Alliance members and the general public who have subscribed to the e-calendar. Promote your organization’s brand or events with a banner ad in the left-hand margin alongside the events listings.

Pella Relocation Guide: The relocation guide is given or mailed to potential and new residents to Pella. Publication date: Fall 2019

• Each member may order up to 4 banners

The PACE Alliance Membership Directory is a listing of all business and individual members of the organization.

QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
PACE Alliance Quarterly Membership Meetings are a great way for members to network and learn about issues affecting the area and the business community.

CONNECT & CONQUER
Monthly roundtable geared towards small and medium sized business. Each month features a different topic of discussion from reaching your target audience, retaining employees to tax tips.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
The Alliance hosts several professional development courses throughout the year to assist employers in developing the talent within their employees.

THE JOURNEY TO YOUR VISION SEMINAR
The PACE Alliance and Marion County Development Commission are partnering with the Iowa Farm Bureau to bring the Renew Rural Iowa Business Success seminar “The Journey to Your Vision” to Pella. This half-day session will bring business owners, CEO’s and key decision makers from local companies together to map their journey to find their company’s vision for the future and what it will take to get there. Show your company’s support for emerging and expanding businesses in our area with a sponsorship of the event.

• Microphone time during the event (3 minutes)
• Logo signage at the event (provided by PACE/Iowa Farm Bureau)

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

 NEW RESIDENT EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Build relationships with Pella’s new residents by sponsoring a new resident event!
$250/event (4 available; 1 per company)
• Your logo included on the invitation, sent to residents who have been in Pella less than 18 months
• Marketing of the event via e-mail invitations, social media, and event calendars
• Sponsors are encouraged to market the event through your channels
• Sponsors provide at least two volunteers to mingle and assist during the event
• May provide promotional items for guests
• Ability to have representatives present at the event to mingle and meet Pella’s new residents (and potentially your new clients)
 HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES- HOT COCOA BAR
To add to the festive holiday atmosphere of Pella, we offer a free hot cocoa bar in the
downtown area to shoppers each Saturday between Thanksgiving and Christmas

THURSDAYS IN PELLA EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Thursdays in Pella are weekly summer events held in the downtown area that draw thousands of attendees, and there are lots of ways to get your name out there!
OVERALL EVENT SPONSORSHIP (Platinum)
$600 (7 nights available)
• Sponsor may provide banner signage to be placed in the park
• Sponsors name and/or logo in all advertisement prior to the event (print,
social, radio)
• May have employees/team members volunteer to help with events in the park the evening of event
• May hand out promotional items and materials
• May have other sponsors for specific activities each night, i.e. movie and craft (below)
MAKE AND TAKE CRAFT SPONSORSHIP
$100 (1 available per evening)
• Sponsor may provide a banner or signage of their choice to place on or by the table
• Sponsor to provide 2 volunteers each week to facilitate the craft (5-8 PM)
MOVIE SPONSORSHIP
$250 (3 available)
• Alliance staff will coordinate set-up and tear-down movie screen and audio
• Sponsor may provide a banner or signage of their choice to place on or by the movie screen
• Sponsor may introduce movie
• Sponsor name/logo in promotional materials prior to event
FRIDAYS ON THE CANAL
We have heard the overwhelming request for more outdoor social activities for adults from members and the community! New for 2018, for those 21 and older, we will host live music, activities and beverages on the Molengracht Canal Fridays between Tulip Time and the start of Thursdays in Pella.
OVERALL EVENT SPONSORSHIP
Your business can be recognized for making them possible!

• May introduce the band

BAGS GAME SPONSORSHIPS
$100/event (May 11, May 18, May 25, Jun 1)
Your business logo featured on Bags boards! In addition to great music and drinks there will be an area for bags games for guests who want a little friendly competition. Three sets of boards/bags for guests to enjoy can feature your business’ name on the boards!
  GOLF OUTING SPONSORSHIPS
The PACE Alliance hosts an annual Golf Outing for members and their guests, this year held on August 24, 2018. Typical attendance is 115 golfers. Sponsorship package
levels are as follows:
EAGLE $1500 (unlimited number of sponsors)
• Includes eight (8) complimentary golfers
• Top billing with largest logo on event signage, in event materials and in event
listing on www.pella.org
• Microphone time prior to the shotgun start (3 minutes)
• Signage on the course (provided by PACE)
• May have staff members at hole on course to greet golfers; tents are allowed
(must be weighted, not staked into ground)

cart swag bag)
BIRDIE $1000 (unlimited number of sponsors)

   COMMUNITY TOURS (Trustee, Elite)
A representative from the PACE Alliance staff will take your candidate on a 45 minute driving tour of Pella to ensure your candidate not only likes the position they are interviewing for but also the community in which they will work/live. $125/ tour
• Highlights of a community tour: Educational systems, childcare facilities, healthcare facilities, recreational opportunities, highlight of major events in the community throughout the year, downtown, attractions, etc.
