The Chamber of Commerce organization is compiled of four entities:  Pella Chamber of Commerce, Pella Area Development Corporation, Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Positively Pella.

The Pella Area Development Corporation brings diversification and expansion to the economic life of Pella and surrounding areas. PADCO develops and preserves quality of life while marketing to businesses and industries in the area.
 
Positively Pella assists newcomers by providing support with employment social activities, daycare, housing and much more. With corporate sponsors and much more, over 250 new families move into Pella, Iowa each year.
 
Pella Convention and Visitors Bureau provides marketing through trade-shows, the annual Pella Visitor Guide, ads placed in a variety of publications and the www.pella.org website. Their target groups consist of leisure travelers, conventions, meetings and group travelers.
 
The Chamber of Commerce creates a climate in which business can succeed, they advocate positions that consistently improve the economic well-being and quality of life in Pella. The Chamber also hosts events for their members, residents and guests to improve quality of life and to inform them as well.
