Part-Time Community Services Program Art Instructors
Hourly wage - $8.25. Part-time positions. Incumbents are responsible for working with broad constituencies in the community to provide a variety of quality art instruction that addresses the varying needs for citizens of all ages, with a particular emphasis placed on the needs of children. Duties might include: teaching classes; conducting cultural or educational programs; setting up equipment for programs/events; ensuring the safety of patrons; and, performing related duties as required.
Specialized training in the area of assignment required; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

SCHEDULE: This is a regular part-time position for typically 15 hours per week/46 weeks per year. Preferred Schedule 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday with 30 minute/day unpaid lunch. Hours may fluctuate seasonally. This is a regular part time position and is covered by FICA and IPERS. This position does not accrue vacation. Holidays are unpaid. Insurance benefits are not provided.
