Photo Usage
The Pella Chamber of Commerce, Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Positively Pella maintains an extensive image gallery. These images are for non-commercial use by media only to supplement editorial coverage of Pella, Iowa.  Media may download the high resolution images.

Photo Gallery Policies:
Download and usage of photos from this site implies user understands and accepts the following policies regarding the use of photographic images from the Pella Chamber of Commerce photo library:

• All images are to be used by legitimate media outlets and for tourism and economic development publicity purposes only;
• Images may not be reproduced on any item which is intended for resale;
• Images may not be reproduced on any marketing and sales piece (for example, advertisement, brochure, catalog, etc.) unless prior permission is granted by the Pella Chamber of Commerce;
• All images used to promote tourism to Pella, Iowa must provide proper photo credit.  At minimum, the credit should read "Photo courtesy Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau." When at all possible, credits should also include the photographer's name and a cut-line identifying the subject of the photo (provided with the download).
• The Pella Chamber of Commerce will receive a copy of the completed product.
• Any usage by entities other than those assigned by the Pella Chamber of Commerce and for uses not related to promoting Pella, Iowa are not authorized and are not covered under our licensing agreement and are subject to the proprietary rights of third parties, who retain the right to negotiate additional fees for such usage.

Failure to comply with photo usage policies may result in fees and/or punitive damages as assessed by the photographer(s) and/or the Pella Chamber of Commerce.

All images remain the property of the Pella Chamber of Commerce. Downloading images will serve as an agreement to these policies.
